Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Ypsilanti

I'm a long time marriott bonvoy member and normally I experience atleast 1 problem at any property that I stayed at but this fairfield was exceptional!

Front desk was very helpful when our TV would not work. Very friendly. Wish they had room service at least once a week. The trash was full and we almost ran out of toilet paper. But we enjoyed our stay

I've stayed here for work a number of times and the staff makes the hotel feel like home.

Compared to the Mt Pleasant Fairfield that I stayed in the night prior. It was excellent! I was clean when I drove up. The lobby area was very clean. The room was new and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel it self was quiet. I was in town to work, so I needed to rest and sleep. And I did! My only issue is, I was charged $9.00 for a small bag of skinny pop popcorn and a gatorade. When I asked for a receipt, I was told I couldn’t have one, that they had already closed out of that screen and couldn’t go back. I won’t buy snacks there anymore,lol. Overall, worth it.

Perry and Gena at the front desk were most helpful answering all my questions and helping us get settled in for our visit. Great property and staff.

Stayed here for Christmas and will definitely be making a reservation here again. Housekeeping is fabulous, front desk and night manager are so nice, friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and the breakfast was actually pretty good. Location is perfect. Highly recommend.

We stayed as a group of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids) for five nights and overall would choose to stay here again. The rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient for our needs. There were a few good takeout restaurants in easy walking distance. The price for five nights was far better than anything else in the area. A couple of negatives. Apparently rooms only get cleaned once per two days, but this was not super well explained, we got conflicting information about what the cleaning days were, and we had to ask for new towels twice. The pool was tiny and pretty shallow so if this is important for your kiddos, maybe look elsewhere. Neither of these things significantly affected our stay though, and the price and convenience of this Fairfield made it a good choice for our stay in Ypsilanti.

This is a great Marriot property, very clean, everything you need, great staff and close to many amenities (BDubs, McD's, Kroger and more). Jeff the manager treats his guests and staff with the utmost respect and kindness. The coffee and breakfast are fresh and hot every morning! Def recommend this property.
